Print2Event is an online-only business specializing in custom-printed products for parties, celebrations, and events.

2. Custom Products & Order Approval

All Print2Event products are custom-made.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all personalization details before checkout.

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled, as production begins shortly after purchase.

  • Print2Event is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, dates, colors, or image quality.

3. Proofs & Design Accuracy

  • Some products may include a digital proof; others are produced based on customer-provided information.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing methods, and materials.

  • Final printed products may differ slightly from on-screen previews.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be received in full before production begins.

  • Bundle pricing reflects discounted value and cannot be broken apart or refunded individually.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production and shipping times vary by product and bundle.

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • Print2Event is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Approved replacements will be reprinted and shipped; refunds are issued at Print2Event’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, layouts, and content on this site are the property of Print2Event unless otherwise stated.

  • Customers retain ownership of images they upload but grant Print2Event permission to use them solely for order fulfillment and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is:

  • Illegal, offensive, hateful, or infringing on intellectual property rights

  • Violent, explicit, or discriminatory

Print2Event reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Print2Event shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Delays beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data except as required to fulfill orders.

11. Changes to Terms
